Considering its location and age this building is in remarkably good condition. It is one of the city's better Art Deco-era buildings erected at a time when construction in the city was booming. It features interesting massing with the main shaft topped by two sets of two tapering levels. On top of it all is a penthouse.

The division between the main shaft and the tapering upper stories is marked by sets of columns jutting from space between the windows between the 19th and 20th floors.

Your Thoughts

There are two comments.

There are many visitors that come to this building every day from all walks of life , buisnessmen and women, tourists, messengers and people that are just plain lost, security asks just some simple questions of all who enter, where are you going ,who are you going to see,if those simple questions can not be answered they are usually turned away we do not allow solicitors in the building, alot of visitors, mostly tourists think that they can go shopping in the building and that is simply not the case, most people usually get directions from security to the places that they are looking for and are very appreciatitive

The building security guard is an uncouth criminal:Uncouth: He would not answer my straight questions, instead resorting to insulting me for not understanding him, called me a girl and a knucklehead.Criminal: He pushed me (literally), spit on my face(again literally) and threatened to have me arrested for trespass when I was trying to visit a clothes company in that building.
